Paul McCartney back on tour...Again

Sir Paul McCartney has announced that he is going to be touring this November and December, the tour is being called the On The Run tour. The news broke days after he married his 4 year partner Nancy Shevell. This will be the third marriage for the former beatle, lets hope this one doesn't demand hundreds of millions of dollars and breaks down on GMTV after they split up.

The On The Run tour will also play in U.A.E which will be McCartneys first time playing there, he will perform during the Abu-Dhabi Grand Prix, then closing the tour back in his home town of Liverpool in time for Christmas at home.

Sir Paul McCartney said "Playing live is one of the most exciting parts of my job.I cant wait to see you all for some wild nights of rock n roll partying!!".

19th - The MEN Arena - Manchester, England

Former Weezer bassist Mikey Welsh dies age 40

Bassist Mikey Welsh dies unexpectedly on the 8th of October 2011 at the age of 40.

The news was announced by his family from his twitter account twitter.com/mikeywelsh71. the family tweeted "we are deeply saddened to announce that Mikey Welsh has passed away unexpectedly. He will forever be remembered as an amazing father, artist and friend. May he rest in peace."

The band also paid there respects via twitter "We are shocked and deeply saddened to hear the awful news, our friend and fellow Weezer rocker @mikeywelsh71 has passed away. We love you Mikey." He joined the band in 2000 and featured on hits such as "Hash pipe" and "Island in the Sun". He had a mental breakdown whilst in the band and also attempted suicide then left the band in 2001.

Interestingly in the week leading up to his death Mikey posted a number of suspicious tweets regarding his death such as tweeting "Dreamt I died in Chicago next weekend (heart attack in my sleep). Need to write my will today." on the 26 of September. He was found unresponsive in his hotel room floor at 2.50pm, the cause of Welsh's death is yet to be determined
